“Where to begin? First and foremost, our wedding day would not have been the same without the help of Caitlin and her assistant, Susan!
We hired Gray Weddings and Events for their month-of coordination package and it was one of the best decisions we made throughout our planning process! I am a person who enjoys planning, hosting gatherings and am quite organized myself; however, I knew without the help of someone on the big day, I would not have been able to be fully present (nor would some of my family members like my mother and sister).

Caitlin felt like a friend right from the beginning. She was genuinely excited about the planning I had done up to that point which made me want her a part of the day that much more. Our DJ, in particular, shared with us that she is the nicest and best wedding planner he had worked with (he said this before the big day even happened!).
In closing, I was fully present on the wedding day from the very beginning to when the dance floor lights came on, as was my sister, mother, and now husband. Any hiccups that occurred I was unaware of until days later; Caitlin and Susan handled them with grace, professionalism and quick thinking skills. I was so glad she even shared a dance with me on the dance floor, and when my bustle broke, her trusty emergency kit saved the night! The services Gray Weddings and Events provided us were exceptional and worth every penny (and much more!!).
